RallyReserve
For tennis & pickleball clubs

Run your ladder free. Forever.

Set up your club's ladder or league in an afternoon — your divisions, your rules, your entry fee, your money. It costs nothing and you don't have to switch anything to use it.

When you're ready, the same system books your courts and takes payments.

No card. No contract. No sales call unless you want one.

What you get

Three things. The first one is free.

01

Ladder and leagues — free, forever

Your divisions, your points system, your rules, unchanged. Players see their rank, what they need to make the playoff, and who to play next. Standings update the second a score goes in — nobody emails a spreadsheet.

You keep 100% of entry fees. We don't touch them.

Why free: the fastest way to show you we build better software than what you have is to let you use it without paying us.

02

Courts and payments

Members book in seconds — no account, no app download. Open play with a real waitlist that assigns the next person in line, instead of emailing forty people at once and letting them race for it.

Online payments, memberships and dues, punch cards, card on file, and no-show fees that actually charge. Your current software makes someone post those by hand.

We take 0% of your court revenue. Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ — Stripe's standard rate, passed straight through.

03

Your website

We rebuild your club's real public site — not a member portal behind a login. We build it, host it, and keep improving it, so the player searching for lessons near them finds you and not the club across town.

Most club software gives you a booking page and calls it a website. Yours stays on Wix, five years old, invisible.

Includes email and text to your member list — 2,500 texts a month, five times what CourtReserve includes, with the count shown before you send.

What you're paying now

A club on CourtReserve's middle plan, running leagues

CourtReserve Advance (16 courts)$369
Access control, ratings sync, video$75
Flex Leagues$99
Per month$543

That's before a website, before your own domain — their branded portal is standard, and your own domain means moving up to their $549 plan — and before per-text charges.

RallyReserve Complete is $599, and the website is in it.

Why we think we're better

And how you can check

Before writing a line of code we read all 2,635 App Store reviews of the biggest court booking and ladder apps. Here's what's in them.

Every major booking app rates 2.0–2.7 on Androidnot one cracked 3
Five-star reviews come from owners; one-star from memberstwo different products

One thing worth knowing: TennisRungs is a CourtReserve product, so a club using both has one vendor, not two.

Things your current software makes you do by hand

We do these

Instructor pay
CourtReserve doesn't calculate it — clubs export two spreadsheets and do it in Excel every month. One club we looked at does this for 26 pros across four schedulers.
No-show and late-cancel fees
Theirs are a counter; someone still has to charge the card. Ours charges it, per the policy you already publish.
Waitlists
Theirs emails everyone at once and the fastest tapper wins. Ours holds the spot for the next person in line.
Tournaments
They don't have a tournament module at all — zero articles across 500 pages of their own help centre.
Switching

Your members come with you

We import your member list, balances, packages and programs. A typical move takes about two weeks and we do the work, not you.

Your rules don't change. Booking windows, cancellation policy, guest fees, court restrictions — set up to match what you run today.

You talk to a person. Not a ticket queue. The people who build it answer the email.

Getting started

Three steps, no call

1  Send us your current standings
A spreadsheet, a screenshot, or a link to your existing ladder page.
2  We build it and send you the link
Your real divisions, your rules, your entry fee. Free, and no call required to see it.
3  Decide later
Booking, payments and the website are there when you want them. If you never want them, keep the ladder anyway.
